Aikido is a martial art known as the “art of peace.” It teaches you how to neutralize your opponent’s aggression through techniques (katas), practiced either unarmed or with weapons: boken (wooden sword), jō (staff), and tantō (wooden knife).
An introductory session lasts about 30 minutes. No registration is required; just visit the booth during the introductory session times, which are posted on site.
