JAPANESE LOCAL CUISINE

We will introduce regional cuisine that supports Japan’s rich local food culture, as well as a wide range of regional cultural traditions. We will also host amazake workshops and tastings focusing on the science behind umami and kōji.

As part of our broader cultural showcase, we will feature an Okinawa Yachimun pottery market and a photo spot showcasing works from the Oshima Tsumugi Museum collection. We will also offer a kimono dressing experience and photo shooting session.
