La Maison du Saké was founded in 2015 by Youlin Ly, one of the few members of the highly exclusive Saké Samurai circle, and has been a subsidiary of La Maison du Whisky since 2018. The company is actively committed to promoting sake in France and across Europe. Through its three Paris boutiques, its fine-dining restaurant “ERH,” and a distribution network dedicated to professionals, it imports and distributes carefully selected, high-quality sake directly from Japan. As part of its rigorous selection policy, La Maison du Saké showcases the diversity of producers and the excellence of their craftsmanship, while ensuring that product quality is respected and preserved at every stage of the import process. In addition, through its highly curated portfolio and educational approach, the company contributes daily to the development of sake culture and to the emergence of a new sake culture in Europe.
