Are you a business, association, organization, or school group looking to book group tickets for Japan Expo? You’ll find all the information you need right here.
How do I place an order for a group?
Are you looking to purchase Japan Expo tickets for your group through our ticket office? Do you need to be billed in the name of your company or organization?
By upgrading to a business account, you’ll be able to exceed the ticket limit per order and pay either by credit card or bank transfer.

Please note: group orders are limited to 1-day tickets.
Please contact visitor support (assistance_visiteurs@sefa-event.com) and provide the following information:
Email address of the Japan Expo customer account you wish to use for the order (create one if you don’t have one yet)
Name of the entity to be billed
Proof of status:
Self-employed: attach a current SIRENE registry status report (http://avis-situation-sirene.insee.fr/)
Association: attach a current SIRENE registry status report (http://avis-situation-sirene.insee.fr/)
French business: attach a K-bis dated within the last 3 months
EU business: attach proof of the company’s existence and its intra-community VAT number, plus a current VAT number statement (http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/vatRequest.html)
International business: attach proof of the company’s existence and that it is subject to VAT in its country (without this document, invoices will be issued with VAT)
Email address of the Japan Expo customer account you wish to use for the order (create one if you don’t have one yet)

To simplify the process, we no longer provide quotes; all orders are now placed through our online ticket system. A prominent member of Manga Plus is present to announce the winners in both the manga and drawing categories.
