JAPANESE LOCAL CUISINE

We will introduce regional cuisine and sake that support the rich local food culture of Japan. We will also hold workshops exploring the science behind UMAMI and KOUJI. In addition to introducing fermented foods and Japanese sake, we will also present regional food culture tours where visitors can learn about, experience, and explore these traditions firsthand.
